In between shooting RV Quick Tips youtube videos and running the RV parts & service department at Camper Clinic 2, Les finds time to smoke and deep fry turkeys for friends & employees the day before Thanksgiving. Now during this Camper Clinic 2 Thanksgiving day tradition, you can find Les next to the RV Service bay with his smoker & deep fryer ready to go early in the morning. It's not unusual for Les to smoke a handful of turkeys and deep-fry a dozen or more birds.
